The Center for Entrepreneurship Development(CED), a not for profit organization focused on youth entrepreneurship education, is hosting the 2009 Global Enterprise Challenge in Japan with the sponsorship of Kyoto City International Fundation, Shimadzu, Daiki,  Nitto Pharmaceutical Industries. CED has been encouraging students’ collaborated projects with industry, public sectors, or academics in the local community and trying to develop their entrepreneurial attitudes and skills necessary to achieve their aimed goals.

The winning team from GEC regional competition held on June 7th。 is Kyoto Fushimi Industrial High School team. The participating students are all very enthusiastic about the international competition.
